Take on the London to Amsterdam Cycle for Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust

The London to Amsterdam Cycle is a truly memorable adventure, taking you across four countries in four incredible days. Covering around 335 miles, you’ll begin your journey in the Kent countryside before heading to the coast to catch the ferry to Calais. From there, the route leads you through quiet French lanes and into the beautiful medieval city of Bruges, with its cobbles, canals and chocolate shops.

Your third day of cycling takes you onward into the Netherlands, arriving in Breda — a welcoming city full of history, culture and Dutch charm. Finally, you’ll push on to your finish line in Amsterdam, where the canals, bridges, vibrant streets and celebratory atmosphere make the perfect end to your challenge.

Along the way you’ll enjoy changing landscapes, historic towns, brilliant company and countless moments you’ll want to capture and remember. Whether you’re cycling solo or gathering a group of friends, family or colleagues, this is a journey full of camaraderie, encouragement and shared accomplishment.

And as part of Team Ladybird, every mile you pedal helps provide practical, emotional and financial support to families facing childhood cancer across Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.

How fundraising works

You can take part in this challenge using either a Minimum Sponsorship option or a Self-Funding option. Both are simple and fully supported — choose the route that works best for you.

Option One— Minimum Sponsorship (Charity Place)

This is the most accessible way to take part if you’d like to keep costs low while supporting the charity.
Registration Fee: £149
Minimum Sponsorship: £2,200

Here’s how it works:
1.  Pay your £149 registration fee.
2.  Commit to raising at least £2,200 for the Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust.
3. The charity must receive 80% of your sponsorship before the deadline so your challenge balance can be covered.
4.  The remaining 20% is due after the challenge (your charity will guide you on timelines).
5. Throughout your fundraising journey, you’ll have warm, friendly support from our team to help you reach your goal with confidence.

Option Two — Self-Funding
If you prefer more flexibility and don’t want to commit to a fundraising target, you can cover the challenge costs yourself.

Registration Fee: £149
Self-Funding Balance: £1,100

This option gives you complete freedom over how much you choose to raise. Whether you raise a little or a lot, every pound still makes a meaningful difference to the families we support.
