Charity Administrator 

Salary: £22,000 FTE pro rata equivalent

Hours: 30 hours per week

Location:This role is a standalone position based at the charity office in Upton Snodsbury.

The Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust have a great opportunity available for an enthusiastic, highly organised and motivated administrator to join our team.

The charity is growing and needs a new team player to come on board to help support all administration areas including fundraising, finance, operations and family support.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but impactful team. You will be the first point of contact in the office for the charity so you will be a valuable and important part of the team.

Supporting the Charity Operations and Fundraising Manager daily in delivering effective administration, particularly supporting finance, fundraising and office management, including the use of charity accounting software for producing invoices, monthly reconciliations and other basic bookkeeping activities.

You will have previous experience of delivering multiple administration activities in a busy environment, be numerate and confident with working with spreadsheets and of course setting up new administrative processes where identified.

Coupled with excellent communication skills, you will be organised and have a clear ability to manage your workload effectively. Having a compassionate nature is of utmost important to the role.

You will have good IT skills, as well as having a full driving license with your own transport.
