Office and Project Manager

25 to 30 hours per week

Pay: £23,000 to £26,000 pro rata, based on exerience

Office Location: Upton Snodsbury, Worcestershire, WR7

Are you someone with office managerial or HR experience who is looking for a new challenge in a role that will make a difference? We are looking for a new member to join the dynamic team at the Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust. As part of a small but growing team, your role will be busy, varied and rewarding.

Your role as office manager will include the management of support staff, carrying out HR tasks and maintaining HR records,  keeping holiday and sickness records and other HR tasks including delegation to support staff or volunteers. Your project worker and support role will involve working with the Director to establish and run our new AV1 project in the Three Counties and to provide administrative support for the charitable activities of the Trust.

With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be able to work independently and as part of a team. Some of your work will involve contact with schools and with the families of children with cancer, so having a caring and compassionate nature will be of vital importance.
